1 package biscuit mix ( Enough for 24 biscuits)
1/4 cup cooked sausage
1 cup grated Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese
Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees. Mix biscuits according to package directions. Add sausage and cheese; mix. Drop biscuits with large cookie scoop and bake until brown.
